1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@creativewebwave.com with details of the issue and proof of damage (photos).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Gift cards
- Used or opened items
6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item worth over ₹2,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
