Order Processing

Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped. Delays due to high order volumes or courier issues beyond our control may occasionally impact shipping times.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (India)

• Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Flat Rate Shipping within Uttar Pradesh: We offer a flat rate of ₹50 for shipping within Uttar Pradesh.
• Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping on orders over ₹500 within Uttar Pradesh.

For various delivery options, we provide the following estimates:

Local Delivery (Within Uttar Pradesh)

For customers within [Specify Coverage Area in UP, if needed], we offer local delivery.

• Free Local Delivery: Available for orders over ₹500. For orders under ₹500, we charge ₹30 for local delivery.
• Deliveries are made between 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. You will receive a text notification on the day of delivery.

In-Store Pickup

Skip shipping fees with free local pickup at 65, Zakati Street bara bazar Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1 business day. We’ll notify you via email once it’s ready, along with pickup instructions.

Pickup hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

Additional Notes

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside of Uttar Pradesh, you may experience slight delays depending on the distance from our warehouse location.
